PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, artwork, sizes, and prices accurately. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, materials, and production processes.

Products, prices, designs, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, reject fraudulent orders, or cancel an order when a product or pricing error occurs. If a paid order is canceled, the applicable amount will be refunded.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many products are produced specifically after an order is placed. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size charts and selecting the correct size, color, and shipping address before submitting an order.

PHYSICAL MUSIC

CDs and vinyl records are made to order and may be purchased through an external storefront. Purchases completed on an external storefront are also subject to that storefront’s payment, shipping, privacy, return, and refund terms.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when available.

SHIPPING

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production times, carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, holidays, and circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or related charges imposed by their country unless stated otherwise during checkout.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, replacements, and damaged-item claims are handled according to our Shipping & Returns Policy and any applicable terms displayed during checkout.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Music, photographs, videos, artwork, logos, merchandise designs, text, and other content displayed on DaJionnelMusic.com belong to Da’jionnel or their respective rights holders.
