By visiting or using DaJionnelMusic.com, you agree to the following terms.

You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or commercially use any music, photographs, videos, artwork, logos, merchandise designs, or written content without prior written permission.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, colors, sizes, and availability are accurate. However, product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, and production methods. Prices, products, and availability may change without notice.

Many products are made to order. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size charts and providing the correct size, color, email address, and shipping address before completing an order.

An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to reject suspected fraudulent transactions, limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or cancel unavailable orders. If a paid order is canceled, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties and import taxes unless stated otherwise during checkout.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy and any additional conditions displayed during checkout.

This website may contain links to streaming platforms, social media, external stores, and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, or practices of those websites.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Da’jionnel is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
